TUITION RATES AND BILLING INFORMATION

Rates are monthly.

Part-time (up to 19.5 hours/week):  $610 / month Full-time (32.5 hours/week):           $760 / month

NEW Mini Montessorians (M-F 10-Noon): $325 / month *This is a great option for 2 & 3 year olds wanting an ease-in introduction to the preschool environment.

NEW Homeschool supplement for grades 1-3 (W & F): $375 / month

Families with more than one child enrolled in our program will pay full tuition for one child and will receive a 5% monthly discount on the tuition for their other children ($579 for part time and $722 for full time).

Tuition should be paid by the 1st of each month and may be paid in advance or per semester if you choose.

Tuition includes a daily snack. Students should bring their own lunch and should always have a reusable water bottle at school. Please let us know about any food allergies or concerns you may have.

Priority will be given to full-time applications. Part-time will be offered if space is available.  

HOURS AND DAILY SCHEDULE

PLEASE NOTE: We follow Vigo County School Corporation for two-hour delays, cancellations, and holiday breaks EXCEPT we take a whole week off for Thanksgiving break, and we do not take Good Friday off.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL: Tuesday, September 3, 2024

FALL BREAK: October 11/14, 2024 (Friday/Monday)

ELECTION DAY: Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Please vote!

VETERANS DAY: Monday November 11, 2024

THANKSGIVING BREAK: November 25-29, 2024 (all week)

WINTER BREAK: December 21, 2024-January 6, 2025

MLK Jr. DAY: Monday January 20, 2025

PRESIDENTS DAY: Monday February 17, 2025

SPRING BREAK: March 31-April 4, 2025

MEMORIAL DAY: Monday, May 26, 2025

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL: Friday, May 30, 2025

The school will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30-3:00. The windows for Drop Off and Pick Up are a half hour each.

8:30-9:00           Drop Off

9:00-10:00         Gathering and Circle Time. Group Lessons & Discussions.

10:00-10:30 Snack (provided by school). Mini Montessorians join us at this time.

10:30-12:00       Morning Work Cycle

12:00-1:00         Lunch and Free Play (Groups may be staggered. We will play outside if the weather allows, so please send your child with a jacket or coat when appropriate.) Pick up time for some part-time students. Rest time for some students.

1:00-2:30           Afternoon Work Cycle and/or Special Lessons (art, music, foreign languages, Tai Chi, environmental studies, visitor presentations on focused topics)

2:30-3:00           Clean Up and Dismissal
